Honestly, the location was great, and the quick check-in was a plus. But, the weed smell in the hall was pretty off-putting. My air conditioner didn’t work well either. Wouldn’t want to stay again, but could’ve been worse!

My experience at Samir Stay At NW Expressway was nothing short of frustrating. Upon arrival, I found that the elevator was constantly out of service, making it a challenge to haul my luggage up to the third floor. To make matters worse, the room was poorly cleaned. I noticed hair on the beds and crumbs scattered around. Even the bathroom left much to be desired with a constantly running toilet and a shower that looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in ages.

Customer service at the front desk was courteous and prompt. The Budget Double Room exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and charm. I appreciated the reliability of daily housekeeping and a well-maintained environment that made my stay pleasant.

helpful in answering my questions. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable. However, I did notice some noise disturbances from outside at night which affected my sleep a bit.

Upon entering, the overwhelming smell of old smoke was the first hint something was off. The air conditioner blew only cold air, which was frustrating in trying to adjust the room temperature. The bathroom had several issues, including a messy floor and old towels, and the hallway ambiance felt unwelcoming with the lingering weed smell that hung in the air.

the staff was friendly and the room was clean with a deep bathtub. the hotel is situated in a nice area with plenty of dining options and activities nearby. 🙂

However, a disturbing experience with front desk staff led to confusion regarding billing and deposits, adding unnecessary stress to the trip. While the ambiance was pleasant, the customer service fell short of expectations.

The staff was friendly and informative (even explained the deposit return timeframe! ), room was clean with a spacious bathroom and complimentary coffee, which I appreciated a lot.
